Camp
BDAI is proud to partner with Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan to provide children in Illinois with the opportunity to go to camp for summer 2025! We are so excited to be able to bring a safe, educational, and fun experience to your child! Every kid deserves the chance to go to camp, and this summer is possible through HFM!
Families are responsible for transportation to and from camp.
Please contact Liz Burgess (lburgess@bdai.org) with any questions.

Families need to reach out directly as soon as possible since registration is closed. Be sure to mention you’re from BDAI! After the camper is registered, the parents will receive an email from CampDoc asking them to complete their child's health profile.
Most information can be completed online by the parent. The only items which could take more time are:
- Scan and upload copy of insurance
- Scan and upload copy of immunization records
- Completed HTC form, to be completed by the camper's HTC:
We are very sorry that Camp Warren Jyrch is not happening this year,
but we hope you’re able to take advantage of these other opportunities.
